Step 1 Open MS Outlook Express. Make sure that "Rich-Text (HMTL)" under "Format" is enabled.

 
 

Step 2 To insert smilie into your email go to the "Insert..." menue and chose "Picture".

 
 

Step 3 Paste smilie-email-code into box "Picture Source".

 
 

Step 4 The smilie should now appear in your email!
